Our Ohio operations serve as the organizational foundation of the group — home to our holding structure, real estate development arm, and corporate leadership.

In Texas, our Houston-based operations drive the mobility and logistics side of our portfolio — deploying commercial fleet infrastructure, courier and delivery services, and the expanding Urbious ecosystem across one of the fastest-growing metro markets in the country.
